ENTRY FEES…If anyone would like to mail their entry fees in early to avoid the lines at check-in you may do so. You need to mail them in a timely manner so that Ms. Lisa receives them before she leaves for the rodeo that weekend or you will not be considered paid. There will also be a DROPBOX at the rodeo if you want to drop your check in for the following rodeo. She will hold all checks for deposit until the Monday after the rodeo. Paying early does NOT mean it is deposited early. All fees will be deposited at the same time - Monday following the rodeo. Contact Ms. Lisa with any questions.

AD Money – We have extended the deadline for ad money until the February rodeo. I apologize for not giving a better explanation of what the ads are for and an example of what the book looks like. 

Due to the deadline extension…everything you want in your ad will have to be turned in at check in on February 10th in Okeechobee. If you purchase a picture from Mr. Rastelli and want it included in your ad then you need to contact him and have it emailed to Kathy Hendricks before the February 10th deadline. The ad form can be found under the fundraiser tab on the website.

Okeechobee Rodeo – February 9th, 10th and 11th

Friday – Check In 1:00 – 2:30pm
Friday – Rodeo will begin at 3 pm
Saturday - Rodeo will begin at 10am
Sunday – Church 8am
Sunday – All Contestants - Event Pictures 9:30 ( in the arena)
Sunday – Rodeo will begin around 10 am (immediately following pics)

Don’t forget report cards are due in Okeechobee. Must have a 2.0
GPA in order to rodeo. You are encouraged to send your report card in NOW to Sonya Crawford. Her info is under the directors page.
She will also be available at check-in Friday afternoon.

AQHA Horse of the Year – If you have a registered quarter horse and want to enter your horse in the “Horse of the Year Contest” the deadline is approaching. March 1st is the deadline. No extensions.
The form can be found on NHSRA.com website under the programs tab at the top. All forms have to be sent to the National Office.

Ads and money are due at check-in on Friday. Every contestant
must sell one full page ad - $150. If you have your ad together you may email it to Kathy Hendricks now. jimmyhendricks28@gmail.com
There will not be any extensions on this deadline.

Raffle tickets – The deadline for raffle tickets has been extended until the March Rodeo. Money and tickets will be collected at Brighton in March.

Average/Buckle winners for this rodeo will be based on three
performances.

Stall and hookup information will be posted soon.
