Call-in is the Monday prior to each rodeo from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
You must call-in for each rodeo.
Late Call-in is Tuesday following Monday call-in from 9:00 am to 10:00 am,
$100.00, Late Fee. Once call-in is over, it is over.
No Exceptions.

Bring any new or used jeans, shirts, boots, hats, etc. In good condition (no stains or tears) to our rodeo rags sale at River Ranch
Everything will be $5.00 so if you’ve out grown it bring it. All proceeds to benefit the Student Fund.

From Florida Turnpike, exit #193 at Yeehaw Junction, Hwy 60, go West 21 miles, River Ranch Resort will be on the left.
From the West, take US 27 to Lake Wales, go East 25 miles on Hwy. 60, River Ranch Resort will be on the right.
There are 27 stalls available on a first come first served basis. For stall and hotel rooms, please call 863-692-1321, Ext. #0. Everyone must call to reserve a stall. Stalls are $25.00, per night. Current coggins required. Hook-ups are not available.

From I-75 at Bradenton: Go east on Sr-64, turn left (north) on US-17 at Zolfo Springs. Go 2.2 miles,
turn left (west) on Stenstrom Rd. Go to the end of the road.
From SR-60 out of Bartow: Go South on US-17 to Wauchula, turn right (west) on West Main St.
go 1.4 miles to Altman Rd turn left (south) Go 1 mile.
From US-27 at Avon Park: Go west on SR-64, turn right (north) on US-17 at Zolfo Springs.

Directions
Pierson Directions: Hwy 17 West Washington to Chipper Jones Lane, north to arena.
From I-4: Exit @ Hwy 44 (New Smyrna exit) and go west on 44 to Kepler Rd., take a right on Kepler to International Speedway Blvd. or 92, take a left onto International Speedway, go to Hwy 17, take a right on 17 and follow to Pierson, turn left in Pierson at the red light (there are 2 caution lights before the red light).
From I-95: Take Hwy 40 (Ormond Beach exit), turn left and take 40 approx. 23 miles to Barberville, at Barberville you will turn right onto Hwy 17. Take 17 to red light in Pierson, and turn left at red light.
