2009 Silver State International Rodeo (SSIR Rodeo)

This rodeo is for anyone who places 5th -10th in any event at the FHSRA finals. It is held in Fallon, Nevada (60 miles east of Reno) on July 4th-8th. Each contestant can choose one other event to compete in, as long as they are not participating in this event at the NHSRA finals. Each state can send 6 qualified contestants in each event, plus ties, and plus the contestants that pick up that event as their extra. Team Ropers whose partners cannot attend may pick up another partner of their choice, if they have roped in the state finals and will not be participating in the NHSRA finals. They do hold all the rodeo events, including cutting and a queen contest at this rodeo.
