Membership Portal Instructions
- National Membership dues ($95.00) must be paid before you can access the National Paperwork.
- You must complete the National paperwork, including notarized documents AND the State Waiver.
- All required documentation must be uploaded to the portal.
Registration opens June 1, 2026
- All new memberships and renewals must be completed at least 2 weeks before registration OPENS for the rodeo that you would like to enter.
- All returning members are already in the Membership portal. Please do not create a new Membership profile if you are a returning Member.
- If you require a password reset, please contact the State Secretary. Her information may be found on the Officers/Directors/Secretaries page.
- Please update your information on the Membership portal if needed (address change, phone number, etc.)
- State dues are $95.00 and must be paid when you register for your first rodeo.
Required Documents
- NHSRA National Application
- NHSRA National Waiver- Must be notarized. Notary must list the names of all of the signers as having personally appeared before him/her.
- FJHSRA State Waiver - Must be notarized. Notary must list the names of all of the signers as having personally appeared before him/her.
- Most recent Report Card or Proof of enrollment.
- New Members must submit a Birth Certificate.
- All documents must be signed by both parents unless on parent has sole custody.
