Florida High School Rodeo Association
FHSRA Cutting will be held with The Florida Cutting Horse Association this year. This will allow the FHSRA youth to gain more preparation and experience for the National level of competition. The ground and cattle at the FCHA events will allow our members to compete at the best of their ability. As an added bonus, all FHSRA cutters will be made members of both The National Cutting Horse Association and The Florida Cutting Horse Association. This will allow our members to compete for points in both of those associations as well as FHSRA. For more information about FCHA please visit their website at http://floridacuttinghorseassociation.com/, we also recommend all cutters visit the NCHA website at http://nchacutting.com/. **FCHA and NCHA require copies of AQHA registration papers on all registered horses, if you plan to compete for points in their association please mail a copy to our FHSRA Cutting Event Director or be sure to bring them with you! Without the copy you will only be able to compete in the FHSRA cutting, you will not be able to accumulate points in NCHA or FCHA!**
If you choose to compete for NCHA or FCHA points, you will be responsible for the entries for those associations. You can sign up the day of the cutting for those classes but YOU MUST CALL IN AT THE DESIGNATED CALL IN TIME TO BE ENTERED IN FHSRA CUTTING!

Reined Cow Horse
All Reined Cow Horse Competitions will be held in conjunction with Gulf Coast Cow Horse Association at Triple J Ranch. This will provide better ground for the horses to compete on as well as exposing our FHSRA members to more of the Reined Cow Horse community, helping them prepare for National level competition. GCCH Shows are 2 day shows and FHSRA members are encouraged to take advantage of the opportunity to join GCCH and the National Reined Cow Horse Association. This will give them the chance to enter other classes and gain points in other associations as well as FHSRA. The website for more information about GCCH is http://www.gulfcoastcowhorse.com/index.html and the website for NRCHA is http://nrcha.com/. Be sure to bring your horse's registration papers and NEGATIVE COGGINS with you to the first show so they can be put on file.
